We have training in Personal and Organizational Coaching endorsed by the ICF as ACTP (Accredited Coach Training Program), which guarantees mastery of the eleven professional competencies of a Certified Coach.

We also offer courses that guarantee continuing education through international credits (CCE). These credits are essential requirements to renew international credentials with the ICF.

What is ACTP Training?

ACTP refers to a training in Professional Coaching endorsed by ICF (International Coach Federation).

The acronym stands for Accredited Coach Training Program and is the highest endorsement of training in Professional Coaching.

Those who choose ACTP training are guaranteed:

  • International validity of your professional degree.
  • Who have completed a mentoring process for the second international credential (PCC) level.
  • The sessions that must be presented to ICF are presented by the training school itself.
  • Being the highest level in training, the coach’s skills are at PCC level (Professional Certified Coach).
  • There are no additional costs with any mentor for those who want to appear before ICF to access the credential (except the payment to ICF).

What is the difference between ACTP training and ACSTH training?

  • Basically, ACSTH training prepares its students for the first level of credentials (ACC).
  • If the student obtained the mentoring process , he/she can apply to ICF for ACC.
  • If you did not go through the mentoring process , you will need to complete one and seek your ACC credential via ACSTH.
  • To access the PCC credential, you will need to complete a new Mentoring process that aligns you with the competencies at that level.
  • Coaching sessions submitted to ICF will be evaluated by ICF staff when accessed via ACSTH.
