As we well know, the skills of an organization become obsolete when the speed of change shows us that current practices no longer guarantee success and that the individuals who make up the organization no longer have sufficient tools to deal with it.

In this sense, Valid chooses to take a position and proposes itself as an active agent in the direction and pace that current events demand of it.

We are aware that organizational learning requires – at first – individual learning to then impact the organizational system that supports it.

From this context, in June we began to work on an Organizational Leadership Program in which Vanesa Sueiro (Head of HR), Guillermo Barlaro (Head of Production), Daniel Fiala (Head of Operations), Gabriela Fernández (Head of Sales Administration) and Víctor Hugo Rodríguez (Head of Security) actively participate together with Lic. Coach Claudia Lalloz, director of Santalá Business Training, in an Executive Coaching process in which they are working on the problems of a new vision of leadership at Valid today.

One of the outstanding characteristics of this work team is the high level of commitment in the three areas of results: results at an individual level – observing the way of being of each leader -, results in interpersonal relationships – seeking to generate high-performance teams with emotional intelligence – and results in organizational tasks – fulfilling the objectives that Valid aims to achieve in terms of its productivity.

The leaders we are working with demonstrate effectiveness, loyalty, respect and a spirit of collaboration among their personal values. They work day after day looking for areas for improvement and detecting limiting behaviors that they try to undo.

Our recognition to this team for the results they are showing. Together, towards a conscious organization.
